3rd Ramathibodi Workshop for PNBs, Bangkok, Thailand Inaugural Meeting of the RA-ASIA 2011

สืบเนื่องจากโครงการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการใน 2 ครั้งที่ผ่านมาได้มีการวางพื้นฐานความเข้าใจในการทำการสกัดกั้นระบบประสาทส่วนปลาย ( peripheral nerve block  ) รวมถึงการใช้อุปกรณ์เครื่องมือต่าง ๆ เช่น peripheral nerve stimulator,  ultrasound    ทำให้ในปัจจุบันการสกัดกั้นระบบประสาทส่วนปลายเป็นวิธีที่มีการปฏิบัติกันอย่างแพร่หลายขึ้นในประเทศไทย    เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้และแนวทางปฏิบัติทางศาสตร์นี้อย่างต่อเนื่องและก้าวทันวิวัฒนาการ    ทางภาควิชาวิสัญญีวิทยา  คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี จึงจัดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการครั้งที่ 3  เพื่อมุ่งเน้นให้สามารถนำพื้นฐานความรู้และการปฏิบัติมาประยุกต์ใช้ดูแลผู้ป่วยทางคลินิคได้อย่างเหมาะสม  ปลอดภัย ได้มาตรฐานระดับสากล สามารถต่อยอดความรู้ในการระงับปวดหลังผ่าตัดด้วยเทคนิคการสกัดกั้นระบบประสาทส่วนปลาย  ทำให้การดูแลผู้ป่วยครบวงจรและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด  ในการจัดฝึกอบรมครั้งนี้ได้รับการสนับสนุนและความร่วมมือจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางด้านการให้ยาระงับความรู้สึกเฉพาะส่วนจากหลากหลายประเทศในภูมิภาคเอเชีย ได้แก่ ประเทศไทย ดูไบสหรัฐอาหรับเอมิเรตส์ ฮ่องกง สิงคโปร์ อินโดนีเซีย  มาเลเซีย ฟิลิปปินส์ และ อินเดีย ซึ่งได้จัดตั้งเป็นกลุ่ม “ Regional Anaesthesia for Asia”  ( RA-ASIA)  มาบรรยายแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ทั้งทางภาคทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติ    เพื่อเป็นการยกระดับความรู้และแนวปฏิบัติทางด้านการให้ยาระงับความรู้สึกเฉพาะส่วนให้เทียบเท่ามาตรฐานระดับสากล
